Most shoots are scheduled within 48 hours of your inquiry. We offer flexible scheduling 7 days a week, 9 AM to 5 PM, to accommodate tight listing timelines.
A standard residential shoot takes approximately 1–2 hours depending on property size and the services included. Larger estates, premium packages with drone and video, or commercial properties may take 2–4 hours.
Base Package photos are delivered within 48 hours via a private online gallery. Premium Package includes next-day delivery. All images are high-resolution and MLS-ready.
Yes. Dan is a FAA Part 107 certified drone pilot. Every aerial photography operation is fully compliant with FAA regulations, properly insured, and conducted with professional safety standards.
Yes! We serve all of Southwest Florida including Naples, Marco Island, Bonita Springs, Estero, North Naples, and surrounding Collier County communities. No travel fees within our primary service areas.
If weather conditions are unsuitable for the shoot (especially for aerial/drone photography), we'll reschedule at no additional charge. We monitor weather closely and communicate proactively.
